When will I receive my delivery?
- All KloudSac orders received before 1.00pm will be dispatched on the same business where possible.
- Orders received after this time of day, will be dispatched the following business day.
- KloudSac employs a range of couriers including Hunter Express, TNT, Star Track and Australia Post to
freight goods around the county. - Having your KloudSac order delivered to your residential or business address in the fastest possible
time, is of upmost importance to us. - When your order is dispatched from our Mornington Warehouse, you will receive an automated
email to your supplied email address, advising you of the courier used, and the tracking number. You
can use this tracking number on the respective courier site to track the progress of your delivery. - Please add an additonal 1-2 days to the below time frame for the larger Grande and Lounge KloudSac orders due to their heavier and larger box sizes.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
To calculate the price of shipping for your order, you have 2 options.
- PRODUCT PAGE CALCULATION – On the page of the product you are interested in, there will be a ‘Calculate Shipping’ option under the description or Fabric Swatch section of your page. Enter your State and postcode, then click the ‘calculate’ tab. You will then be shown the relevant freight zone, with a filled radio button next to it. Click the ‘Calculate’ tab again, and your shipping rate will be shown.
2. CART PAGE CALCULATION – If you have added the items of choice to the cart, then view your cart page. Click the ‘calculate shipping’ tab, then enter your state, suburb and postcode. Your shipping price will then be shown, and the total price calculated for your order.

No one likes paying extra for shipping, we know that. However due to the nature of the Australian postal system it can be difficult to move bulky items across Australia both quickly and cheap. We use a range of couriers including Hunter Express, TNT, Star Track and Australia Post to make sure we are providing you wish the best shipping price available to your area.
We try our very best to keep shipping prices down, however there are some areas of Australia the carriers we use just won’t service at competitive rates. It’s annoying but we are trying to make it as cheap as possible for you.Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
The size of the KloudSac ordered and your location will determine the courier that is used.
An Authority to Leave (ATL) your order will be authorised for many KloudSac orders, particularly for the majority of Mondo, Grande and Lounge KloudSac’s. Some couriers, however that we use, will provide updates on the progress of your order delivery by email or phone.
We can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you’re not home. If there is a place you prefer it to be left make sure you let us know during checkout, or by contacting us with your order number.
Once proof of delivery has been made to the provided delivery address, be this by signature or photographic evidence, KloudSac accepts no responsibility for missing items from this point.How do I know when my delivery is on it’s way?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Mornington Warehouse, you will receive an automated

VIC Collection
How do I select local pickup (click and collect) with my order?
Local pickup is only available in Victoria from our Mornington showroom. Therefore we do not offer it as an option when your selected address is outside Victoria. If you are located in Victoria please select click and collect during checkout to use this option.
If you live outside Victoria but would still like to use the click and collect option please contact our friendly staff on 1300 143 501.How do I organise my collection at your showroom?
You are welcome to collect your order from our Mornington showroom. 4 Carbine Way, Mornington VIC.
When ordering from Victoria, you will be provided with the click and collect option during the checkout process. Once our staff receive your click and collect order we will be in touch to co-ordinate a collection time.
Returns
We know you’ll love our foam filled KloudSacs and bean bags, but if for any reason you don’t, send them back within 14 days for a full refund. If your purchase was part of a promotion where the purchaser received bonus credit, gift cards, products or similar after or during purchase, then your refund will be in the form of a Kloudsac gift card.
If returning your KloudSac purchase back to us, please ensure that it is still in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to cover any freight costs involved in returning the product. Please note, however, that once a KloudSac foam bag has been removed from its packaging and allowed to expand, then we are unable to except this back. In this case, a return will not be accepted, and no refund provided.
