KloudSac orders received before 1.00pm will be dispatched same business day where possible. Orders received after 1pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the courier details and tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your delivery.
Please note: Deliveries of Grande and Lounge KloudSacs are sometimes experiencing long delays due to courier volumes. For these sizes please add an extra 4-10 business days to the delivery times below.

Originally purchased the Seawater linen but the fabric feel was not linen (more of a mixed velvet/velour feel which was very different to what I was hoping and expecting for) also the colour was lighter than the advertised product so I asked if I could possibly exchange it for something more suitable. I ended up getting the original stone fur cover and headrest, as I had tried it before in the past and found it very sensorily agreeable. I was very pleased and happy to have Shane go above and beyond to allow me to exchange the cover during Covid. If anyone else struggles with sensory issues I highly recommended getting the cover samples, going in store to check the products/feel in person or opting for a faux fur texture.
