This is my second time with buying from Kloudsac. It's been many of years since buying my first Urban Kloudsac for my special needs daughter. She and my whole family all have had many of hours resting in it, it always seems to be the most used seat in the house. It still holds its shape, and the original cover is in great condition, no wear or rips, I only brought a new cover due to an update in color to match my home. The cover is extremely good quality, and the delivery was faster than stated. Highly recommended AA+

It took time to get the item. Not sure yet but seems lighter and thinner material than we expected as our previous cover was nice thickness and tough. Hope it’s good too.

We have had our Kloudsacs (2 Urban and 1 Child size), for about 3-4 years. We loved them the moment we got them and use them as our only seating in our TV room. Last year, one of our Kloudsacs needed a little uplift. I contacted the company and asked if it was possible to buy some more filling, and it arrived practically the next day! This year, we thought we'd give our sacs a little sprucing up and ordered replacement covers for all three of our Kloudsacs, and sure enough, they arrived the next day! I continue to be impressed with the customer service Kloudsac provides and quality of the of the product itself. Having grown up in the era of beanbag chairs, this is NOT a bean bag chair.
