Go up a size. A bigger KloudSac still holds one person beautifully — a small kid nests snugly into a Grande — but a smaller one can't stretch to fit more people. Nobody has ever wished theirs was smaller.

Yes. The filling is high-density shredded foam, not beans, so it springs back every time you get up — and the foam is guaranteed for life. If it ever settles, tell us and we'll send a free top-up. Customers who've had theirs for years tell us it's still as good as new. Samuel A. bought a Grande for his 24-year-old, 160 kg son: "It keeps its shape even after he's been in it for extended periods of time."

Yes, if you're self- or plan-managed. Self-managed: order with any payment method and the tax invoice is emailed automatically. Plan-managed: choose Bank Transfer at checkout, forward the invoice to your plan manager using the email on our funding page, and we ship after they make payment. Your KloudSac ships compressed in a surprisingly small box that fits through any doorway. If you want to speed up the expansion, have it in a warm room and break apart the foam by hand — kids fight over this job. It will be mostly expanded in 24 hours and it reaches full size in up to 3-7 days.

Every cover zips off and machine-washes in cold water on a gentle cycle — mild detergent, gentle spin, drip dry. And if life gets messy, the SafeSac adds an internal water-resistant layer so nothing reaches the foam.

Shipping is free Australia-wide for KloudSacs and SafeSacs, and orders before midday dispatch the same business day. Victoria arrives in 1–2 business days; most of the east coast within 1–3; WA and NT take a little longer. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Yes — the 3-in-1: a giant 1.7m × 1.4m pillow you can sit into, rest on, or crash onto at full speed.

The foam is guaranteed for life against going flat, and the covers carry a 3-year warranty. We've been Australian owned and operated since 2009 — we're not going anywhere.
