My child is delighted with the crash pad. She is very sensory seeking with soft things and has problems relaxing and becoming sleep at bed time. The crash pad gives her somewhere to retreat from overwhelm and enjoy the soft sensations she likes and it is the perfect surface for her to feel secure and simultaneously relaxed enough to become sleepy. it also allows her to safely fall for enjoyment, providing a safe landing when she keels over onto it. the fur cover is an extra layer of enjoyment. We very happy to find fabric which was not only not a sensory eww (rare) but is outright enjoyable to touch. Usually just trying to find something which doesn't feel horrible is a high enough bar for us! It is a marvellous tool for sensory and physical needs and also a useful and functional addition to the house- she can also mould it into a chair if she ever wants to.
