I'm stuck between two sizes — which do I pick?

Go up a size. A bigger KloudSac still holds one person beautifully — a small kid nests snugly into a Grande — but a smaller one can't stretch to fit more people. Nobody has ever wished theirs was smaller.

Does it really never go flat?

Yes. It's filled with high-density shredded foam, not beans, so it springs back every time — and we back that with a lifetime guarantee on the foam, plus a 3-year cover warranty. Customers years in tell us theirs is "as good as new."

Can I buy through the NDIS?

Yes, if you're self- or plan-managed. Self-managed: order with any payment method and the tax invoice is emailed automatically. What arrives at my door?

Your KloudSac ships compressed in a surprisingly small box that fits through any doorway. If you want to speed up the expansion, have it in a warm room and break apart the foam by hand — kids fight over this job. It will be mostly expanded in 24 hours and it reaches full size in up to 3-7 days.

Can I wash it?

Every cover zips off and machine-washes in cold water on a gentle cycle — mild detergent, gentle spin, drip dry. And if life gets messy, the SafeSac adds an internal water-resistant layer so nothing reaches the foam.

How fast is delivery?

Shipping is free Australia-wide for KloudSacs and SafeSacs, and orders before midday dispatch the same business day. Victoria arrives in 1–2 business days; most of the east coast within 1–3; WA and NT take a little longer. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Do you make anything for crash play or sensory rooms?
